Took the plunge - no reaction whatsoever. Aww they had an entirely separate preparation area. It’s not completely splayed so there is a risk of cross contamination but I had zero reaction and I’m hyper sensitive to cross contamination.

This personalized pizza place looked delicious but I was ready to settle for a salad until they told me they had gluten free pizza dough as well. They took out fresh dough, used rice flour to toss it and stretch it and had fresh gloves when doing so. The pizza was cooked in 2 minutes in a super hot oven and was the first time in years I have had a pizza that good. Zero reactions. What a nice surprise!!!
