We are usually nervous to try an Italian restaurant because of all the gluten flying around. I’m so glad we took a chance at Pia’s! My celiac wife had mussels - a huge portion that was cooked perfectly with GF handmade pasta. Wow. Delicious, no cross-contamination, server took Celiac seriously, and the atmosphere is almost magical. We will return and will definitely sit on the patio next time!
