The gluten free selection is pretty good. They offer GF pastas and pizzas! If you like authentic NY/NJ style pizza, come here. It’s as good as it gets in Dover, DE.

ok. .. for Dover/Camden DE it may be the best you can expect. But... the attitude and lack of knowledge of the staff has me really concerned about CC. all pizzas can be made gf and there are gf cheese ravioli. that is it. nothing else, or at least that is what i was told when i asked. just look for things without bread... i won't go back.

Gluten-free pizza was great, even has a dedicated pizza cutter that comes with it! I ordered online and paid online, got there and had to wait 15 minutes for her to figure out and get a manager twice, how to put my order through... And the poor girl gave me a salad with croutons on it!!! I told her we got a gluten-free pizza so we can't have croutons it has gluten in it! She offered to pick the croutons off; I said no, gluten can't touch the food, I need a new one! WTH! So great food but people working there need some education on their menu! 3/28/15

The staff was not knowledgeable. Would not consider this restaurant Celiac safe. I ate the gluten free ravioli and was very sick that night and the day after.
