Staff knew what celiac was and was knowledgeable. Chips are fried in their own fryer. All tacos are GF except the Baja tacos.

I have celiac and eat here frequently. Just tell them you have celiac and they will grill the corn tortillas on a separate surface from where they do the flour. Most of the tacos are gluten free.
