Definitely not for high sensitivity. Got bourbon chicken and white rice. I threw most of it away…. Within 2-3 mins I started getting the bloating and symptoms. It was not terrible but very clear. Chicken was like leather and there was an enormous amount of sodium - I’ll pass next time.

Very limited options at the airport location. Only specifically listed GF item was a grilled bourbon chicken. Seems you’d be able to do steamed veggies and steamed rice as well but not specifically listed. If you tolerate soy sauce (still seems debatable if gluten remains after the fermentation) then menu opens up a bit so long as you avoid fried items.

The Grilled Bourbon Chicken was the only gluten free option available at the SLC location. It was very good and did not cause any allergic reactions.
