Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe

They have a gluten free pizza crust! I think all but one of the pizzas can be made gluten free as far as toppings go. All salads are made to order so can be made without croutons and sandwiches can be made into lettuce wraps.

As far as staff trainings go I said I have an allergy because sometimes that’s just easier and they wiped down the counter and changed their gloves. I believe there is a separate pizza cutter for the gluten free crust but I would double check since it’s a chain.
