Used to be great (and used to eat there all the time), not so much anymore. Tried to eat there a few weeks ago, but the sandwiches had to be remade 3 times because the employee kept contaminating them by touching gluten covered food/surfaces (everything was covered in crumbs). Won’t be going back again.

I did not get sick, but spoke to the employee at length about what precautions would need to be taken. I would not feel comfortable ordering online due to how much I had to specify during the ordering process. I also went late in the day when they weren’t making new batches of certain items, so there weren’t any unopened containers of many things. Still, they made accommodations appropriately and the sandwich was delicious ($3 extra for GF). Be patient and diligent and you can have a good meal.

The sandwich was so good!! When ordering online there is an option when building your sandwich that says “gluten free celiac” which gave me major peace of mind. The staff definitely knew how to be safe with cc.

Their staff really new their stuff. They did months of research to find a bakery who would provide dedicated GF bread that would hold up to all their toppings. They took special care to keep my food separate, used gloves, etc. And it was delicious!!
Yes
They messed up my mom's order--she told them GF and that she was celiac--and gave her regular bread, now she's horribly sick. We think it happened because the woman ordering just after her had the same name and ordered the same sandwich. Never eating here again, probably never eating from the chain again.
You get one screw up and you're done.
No
They change their gloves and have a tray for gluten free orders to prevent contamination. The staff will kindly double check the ingredients with the chef if you are concerned about anything.
Yes
Great sandwich spot that takes extra precautions for GF orders!
