Review of Pickles Deli

I told the cashier I had celiacs and he said, without prompting/me asking any questions, that they would use a clean cutting board and knife and change their gloves. I ordered the turkey and bacon sandwich that automatically comes heated, and they caught that and told me the toaster wasn’t celiac safe (I appreciate that!) so I had it cold instead. I inquired about the comment below (about them not serving celiacs from 11-3) and they said that time frame they’re super busy so it’s not safe for celiacs because they want to ensure it’s safe for us and do all that they can to prevent cross contamination. They have gf bread and all the ingredients are delicious! They also have gf marshmallow treats. I uploaded their menu and my sandwich to the photos.
