Do not eat here if you have ANY concerns about cross contamination. They make the pizza on the same counter as the wheat flour and use all the same tools. I also saw the server kneed the wheat dough and then grab the cheese with the same hand. I’m convinced that all their toppings are contaminated.

Had good experience a few times but just took one time to have a bad reaction. Do not recommend for celiacs or highly sensitive. Great pizza though including the gf crust.

This is NOT a Celiac safe place whatsoever. They knead the GF dough on a surface with regular flour, use the same paddle for all crusts, same oven. I did not order after asking them about their protocols.
