Absolutely fantastic pizzas, they take celiac seriously and inform about potential cross contamination. However, all their pizzas, both gluten free and not gluten free are handled with rice flour, and they have an in depth article where they show they've tested their gluten free pizzas, even baked, for traces of gluten, and that is well bellow the criteria for being classified as gluten free. Even though they handle all pizzas on the same surface, I feel very safe eating there as someone with celiac!

It’s not really gluten free - the dough is handled/ stretched in the same space they handle non gluten free dough and the gluten free pizzas go straight into the same wood oven as regular pizzas.

First review on this app bc this place was great. The crust is pretty good but the pizzas themselves are amazing. I got three vegan ones and the vegan mozzarella in particular was fantastic. I’m not sure about safety bc I’m not celiac but the staff seemed really knowledgeable!
