Went here because of the other great review but did not end up eating anything from here because everything was contaminated with gluten. While making glutinous pizza, the employees touched the dough with their gloves and then reached their hands into all of the toppings to put onto the pizza. When they added sauce they used the sauce spoon to spread the sauce all over the pizza and then put it back into the sauce. They did this with several pizzas, never changing gloves. They also used the same contaminated gloves to touch all of the other kitchen equipment, like the oven and knives, and to work the cash register. There is no way that anything in that place is not contaminated. If you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity do not eat here! I can't speak to how the food tasted as I was not willing to poison myself, but it seemed like a popular place for gluten eaters.

I ordered the GF crust (which has a $2.00 upcharge) and was pleasantly surprised when the preparer immediately changed his gloves and got a new ladle for the sauce and a different pan. Unfortunately, they still use the same container of sauce as the gluten pizzas. He prepared my pizzas (similar setup to Subway or Blaze) and then went on to prepare my date's pizza. He then asked of we wanted salad. I ordered the Greek side but before I could say anything I realized he had not changed gloves to prepare my date's pizza before handling the salad. We took ours to go and in the car, my date said he was surprised I didn't say anything about the pizza cutter being used. At that point, I just prayed I would be OK. I actually felt fine and I'm very sensitive to gluten. As for taste, I thought the pizza was very good but light on the toppings and the Greek salad dressing was excellent.

They take great care to eliminate cross contamination. Dedicate pans, utensils and grabbers. GF dough pre-packaged wrapped in plastic, and GF pizza placed in boxes instead of plates. And it's tasty! Also has vegan cheese for those who can't have dairy.

My new favorite pizza place. I risked pie five after a coworker with celiac had a good experience here. The crust is made off site. They have dedicated utensils with red handles. The GF pizza does go in the same oven with regular pizzas but it is on a metal tray. Potential for CC too with cheese and toppings since gloved hands touching these items all day. The pizza is big for one person. The crust was most similar to mellow mushrooms with an earthy crust. I will definitely be returning!

When I went there, they brought out the crust and then started using the same utensils as they use on the regular crusts. The spoon that touches the regular crust while spreading the sauce would also touch the GF crust. Even if they grabbed a new spoon, the sauce is entirely contaminated. What I saw was far away from being Celia friendly.

Hi! Gogo here! I am a severe celiac and have never gotten sick here. Separate utensils and no cross contamination has happened while I have been here. Smart staff! Cool atmosphere. Do not eat the magic dust as it has gluten as a staff member told me and my party. Awesome place to grab some food in the area! Hope this was an informative review!

The pizza was delicious, but I did get slightly sick from some cross contamination. That being said I am a "can't eat a fun size crunch bar because the rice has malt flavoring" level of sensitivity, so those who are more tolerant will probably be just fine. The pizza WAS good enough that I'm considering going back and giving them a second chance.

We used this app to find Pie Five Pizza. I ate gluten free, hubby ate regular. I really liked the option to add toppings that you wanted for one flat price. When I ordered GF the pizza maker took off his gloves and out on new ones. The GF thin crust was individually wrapped and put on a mesh pan. The regular crusts were in traditional pizza pans. Both of us likes our pizzas. Husband thought his could be hotter.

The pizza was delicious! We had to ask the guy behind the counter to change his gloves before handling my daughter's pizza. He said he just forgot and didn't make a big deal about it. Not sure about cross contamination issues since they still reached into the same topping buckets as the ones that were used for regular pizza.

The crust was decent. Not as good as Udi's sore bought crusts but still good. The choice of toppings is nice and I liked the sauce. Each pizza is a 10 inch so my wife got her own traditional crust. However, CC is likely. They put on new gloves but the toppings and sauce spoon may come in contact. Also, there was bread crumbs everywhere. on the counter, on the tables. if gluten didn't get in my pizza then they could get on my hands from the table. Celiac caution: they reuse the pizza cutter. ask them to wash it or get a fresh one. This will be a once in a great while treat for this celiac and family.

They do not have a dedicated gf menu but their website and in house employees know what is gf and what isn't. They have a gf crust that is one of the best I have had. They use different utensils when ordering gf. My husband (non-celiac) ordered a regular pizza and they changed their gloves and washed their hands before making mine. The pizzas go through the same oven but they have dedicated gf trays. There is a separate section with separate utensils for cutting gf pizzas. They put it in a to go box since there is no dedicated gf trays to eat off of. I will definitely be coming back.

While they have gluten free crust, it most certainly IS NOT celiac friendly. There is a lot of room for cross contamination; especially since they have to use the same spatula for the marinara that they spread the sauce on regular crust, place it back in the sauce and then they pour that marinara onto the gluten free crusts. And then the glove issue...even though they change gloves, think about it. they still have to use those other already contaminated gloves to touch the ingredients, and now all the ingredients are contaminated from the flour crust gloves, and are now on your gluten free crusts. Not very celiac friendly. All in all, this is very good pizza.

Celiac Review: while they did try diligently to ensure no CC with my meal, in a location with free floating flour in the air it is next to impossible to be Celiac Friendly. The Manager even got all my toppings from the back. Unfortunately, when I went to grab the lid for my drink the lid holder had flour. Unfortunately I did get sick. But I give them 3 stars because they really did try even though they did inform me that it may not be suitable. So anyone who noted this as Celiac Friendly must not truly be a Celiac. If you are Gluten Intolerant, you may or may not have a reaction. Eat at your own risk.

Join the circle of crust club and earn points from each purchase. These points accumulate and result in you earning a free pizza. The prices are very reasonable! you can watch them make your pizza. It is set up like a subway for pizza. They prepare it in a line before your eyes. super fast and super affordable.
