Review of Pie Five Pizza Co.

While they have gluten free crust, it most certainly IS NOT celiac friendly. There is a lot of room for cross contamination; especially since they have to use the same spatula for the marinara that they spread the sauce on regular crust, place it back in the sauce and then they pour that marinara onto the gluten free crusts. And then the glove issue...even though they change gloves, think about it. they still have to use those other already contaminated gloves to touch the ingredients, and now all the ingredients are contaminated from the flour crust gloves, and are now on your gluten free crusts. Not very celiac friendly. All in all, this is very good pizza.
