I have stopped going here because the staff has changed quite a bit and I have been glutened on a couple of occasions. If you do not have to lead a gluten free life then it is probably fine the you. The food did taste good though.

Absolutely the most delicious gluten free pizza crust available. It reminds me of honey wheat, but gluten free. Apparently it's proprietary. They make it themselves in a separate environment. The staff is knowledgeable about ingredients and they washed their hands and changed their gloves prior to making my pizza. They followed a good protocol for ensuring that my pizza was not cross contaminated during the cooking and cutting processes. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because they did not put my pizza on paper or take any precautions as it was sliding down the prep bar. However, I did not get sick and it was a delicious pizza.

We had heard good reviews about Pie Five's gluten awareness. We were not disappointed. My son ordered the GF crust an immediately the gloves came off. The server knew exactly which ingredients had gluten and did not. He enjoyed his pizza and we all were happy!!!

Food tastes great, but the probability of cross contamination is there due to their process of making the pizza.

Delicious GF pizza! Employees voluntarily changed their gloves before making my pizza.

Ordered gluten free crust and staff took this very seriously. They changed gloves, ingredients, and made sure to use a separate part of the pizza oven. The crust was very thin but didn't have a bad taste. A standard gluten free pizza crust. Overall a good experience and no symptoms! Beware that the alfredo sauce does contain gluten.

Lady making the pizzas was fantastic and knowledgeable. Changed our every ingredient to new batch with new gloves on clean surfaces after learning it was Celiac.

They have a GF Crust and Cauliflower Crust to pick from. They wore gloves, grabbed new ingredients, and were so nice! My pizza was delicious too! I will definitely go back!
