Delicious pizza but cross contamination high

Very nice staff; delicious pizza! Just have to be careful with cross contamination of toppings.

Called to confirm other reviews about Celiac friendliness. The person I spoke with didn’t know the difference between gluten free and gluten safe, gluten allergy, cross-contamination, etc. Likely others in the restaurant are knowledgeable, but it seems not everyone is trained, so we are skipping Pie Five for now and will use caution if we try to talk to someone different later.

The gluten free pizza tastes good. I got the olive oil and garlic base and was told it is probably the safest for people are very sensitive to gluten. I did not get sick. The price is high for the size. Cost was the only downside; however, I will likely go again sometime.

they make my pizza in the back and bake it on a pizza pan plus use separate utensils. I even make a special request to bake the crust before and after adding the toppings to get it crispy. I feel like I'm not a bother to them

On vacation and have celiacs. I was quite worried about getting sick. Made a stop here and they make their gluten free crust separate. I said I needed the gf crust and the young worker changed his gloves, got separate utensils and dish from a complete different section of the kitchen to make my food. Very impressed!

Ordered gluten free crust and staff took this very seriously. They changed gloves, ingredients, and made sure to use a separate part of the pizza oven. The crust was very thin but didn't have a bad taste. A standard gluten free pizza crust. Overall a good experience and no symptoms! Beware that the alfredo sauce does contain gluten.

Lady making the pizzas was fantastic and knowledgeable. Changed our every ingredient to new batch with new gloves on clean surfaces after learning it was Celiac.

They have a GF Crust and Cauliflower Crust to pick from. They wore gloves, grabbed new ingredients, and were so nice! My pizza was delicious too! I will definitely go back!
