Each time I went here I became ill from the gluten. Pizza is great, but not safe for me.

I saw no cross contamination when I watched them make my gf pizza. Changed gloves, different spoons and spatulas, different side of the oven for gf, separate cutting board slicing stations for gf. Quick and yummy gluten free ZA!

Going here is being "wild" in my book. Tastes good, and they switch gloves when you say gluten free then they use the same ladle for sauce to put sauce on your pizza that spreads sauce that touched gluten.

What an incredible place to eat. I am not a celiac, but I do not consume gluten. They are so careful with gulten free foods, it is amazing. Nobody should worry when coming here, it is incredible.

Love this place. only one problem. While they use a different spreader for sauce they use the same sauce and scoop they use with non - gf pizzas creating a cross contamination possibility.

EXCELLENT! Menu easy to follow to quickly pick out a Pizza Pie. GF pizza was excellent. The ingredients were fresh. The wait time was minimal. Quick service. Employees friendly and knowledgeable about what was GF in pizzas and salads. Definitely changed out gloves and dough was pre wrapped and it appeared that the pizza pans were different for GF.

Restaurant was kept very clean - tables, floors, around the fountain bar.

Bathroom was very clean. Love the sink, automatic soap, water and a dryer all in one. I want one of these.

Keep up the great service, great food, great restaurant!

Fabulous experience! My GF daughter was thrilled at the choices and I was thrilled with the immediacy of glove/utensil changing. I appreciate the care that was taken in keeping the GF separate. And it was delicious!! The only part that we didn't like is that we are from St. Louis and we don't have a Pie Five. :( Again, a wonderful experience. Will be back every time we visit KC area!

Great gluten free pizza!!! I have dined here half a dozen times and have never felt ill!! As soon as they here the words 'I have a gluten allergy' they change their gloves and even open fresh ingredient containers!!!

I was really impressed when I watched the staff change their gloves and utensils when preparing my pizza (which was delicious)! They even put my pizza in a to-go box rather than a plate to minimize the chances of cross contamination. Overall I was really happy and will definitely go back!

The staff was incredibly knowledgable, and took very appropriate measures to ensure no cross contamination. When the employee took the pizza off at the end of cooking, he accidentally placed the pizza near the common cutting area, and he was immediately corrected by his supervisor...not only did they remake the pizza (without asking!!) but then gave us the pizza for free! Very good gf crust...delicious! We will definitely be going back.

Their pizza is delicious! Love the fact that you can see them change their gloves before preparing your food.

Ordered gluten free crust and staff took this very seriously. They changed gloves, ingredients, and made sure to use a separate part of the pizza oven. The crust was very thin but didn't have a bad taste. A standard gluten free pizza crust. Overall a good experience and no symptoms! Beware that the alfredo sauce does contain gluten.

Lady making the pizzas was fantastic and knowledgeable. Changed our every ingredient to new batch with new gloves on clean surfaces after learning it was Celiac.

They have a GF Crust and Cauliflower Crust to pick from. They wore gloves, grabbed new ingredients, and were so nice! My pizza was delicious too! I will definitely go back!
