GF bread for sandwiches available. There's a lot of flour in the kitchen, but they will make sandwich on aluminum foil and toast it covered if you ask, so I think cross contamination is minimized. They do touch bread and then touch ingredients though. The sandwiches are so good, they're worth the risk. There's almost always a gluten free soup available, made fresh. The taco salad is also amazing, and gluten free. (I like it with ranch and siracha) Not good for Celiacs, but others should be ok. The staff is kind and understanding, Heather is the best part. Cash only!
