I had a great experience here! Was just gonna go for coffee but thought I’d ask about coeliac protocols! They told me they buy in their gluten free bread and wipe down everything before starting. I had a muffin which they baked in house, and told me they are careful but obviously can’t guarantee! They wrote allergy on my ticket communicated with everyone around them, and it was delicious, no sign of contamination - and I’m very sensitive! Would go back again🥰

The staff was clear that while they had GF bread, the utensils & cutting board were shared with the regular bread. It’s good for intolerant, definitely not celiac. Still tasty sandwich tho!

Not too many options , but expected. Great sandwiches on gluten free bread .
Nous avons pris des smooties, ils étaient délicieux! Mais vraiment pas certaine si j’y mangerais!
My husband has celiac and we went here the staff said the gluten free bread is cut on same cutting board and cannot avoid cross contamination. I also saw the gluten free pastries were intermixed with the gluten pastries. We left and went to Landfall restaurant which was much safer to eat and Landfall allowed us to eat in patio area with our dog. So if you have a real allergy and are worried about cross contamination dont eat at pie in the ski.

would not serve us; couldn't guarantee safety due to cross contamination.

Usually have gluten free coconut macaroons (which are fantastic) and maybe one or two gf muffins. Coffee is awesome, especially fun when they are roasting!
No dedicated kitchen space, but options for those avoiding gluten. Great coffee!!
