My favourite is the chocolate square! They clean the space before baking gluten free, so there’s no contamination. They use different tongs too.

Delicious pies and crumbles! Cleans entire kitchen to ensure no cross contamination for gluten. Highly recommend for desserts and pies that don’t taste gluten free. Only downside is you have to preorder gluten free (so they have time to clean kitchen)
