Our hostess and server assured us that the pizzas could be made completely GF using a separate oven. Although I'm sure my pizza was safe, they definitely used a different crust recipe than at the Midland location we tried prior, which fell short in comparison - it was pretty dense and hard. They also charged an unexpected GF fee of a few dollars. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stress-free patio dining experience near the waterfront.
