The gluten-free crust doesn’t taste like much of anything. There’s legit no flavor to it.

GF crust but everything cooks in one oven. Cross-contamination all over the place.

Sadly we couldn't even try the food. All the pizzas slide around in one big oven so contamination is unavoidable. What's the point of a gf crust if it's just going to be contaminated. 😯

This place has gluten free pizza . They take precautions to prevent cross contamination but they put the gluten free pizza in the pizza oven and on the same surface as wheat pizza. The pizza could have been cooked longer, it still seemed cold.
We've eaten here twice, both we no reason and the pizza is awesome. I did have to remind the guy behind the counter to change his gloves on the 2nd visit, as he had been handling regular dough. He looked pretty sheepish when I did, like he knew he should have done that. Since they make them in front of you, it is easy to watch for

Pieology is a great pizza place. They have gluten free crust and will change their gloves to make it for you! I'm highly sensitive and have never had a problem here, even though they do not have a dedicated facility. You get to create your own pizza with any amount of toppings for only $8 (whereas regular pizzas are $7). It's a steal. Highly recommended!
