They tried. I talked to the worker, he was knowledgeable, but I think cross contamination got us. My son’s celiac, he didn’t eat any. But I’m sensitive and started feeling nauseous so I tested with the Nimco. Gluten found. I know it’s not ideal - qualitative vs quantitative. I was really hoping for a nice pizza place. Shoot.

Very Friendly, all food fresh, Brandon is very careful with the Gluten free pizza, no fryers or microwave. Wings are cooked in the pizza oven. the spinach salad is wonderful.

While the staff is very nice and willing to help they had no idea that using the same sauce and toppings for both regular and GF pizza would cause a problem, all the same prep area and oven. We went in on a very slow night so when I saw them making the pizza I asked and they were happy to use fresh sauce and toppings but this was the first she had been made aware of the issue. This is a little hole in the wall pizza shop and the only GF item on the menu was a pizza. Please don't misunderstand the young woman that was working was very kind and was helpful but they as an establishment they have NO clue what celiac friendly is.

Awesome pizza and I'm in their delivery range! (Only available on weekends.) Delivery took a while and I think it was the chef who delivered it, since he was wearing an apron and told me he had adjusted the GF crust recipe. Pizza was very tasty and I didn't get sick. Can't wait to try it again.

Great pizza. We had the garlic chicken and it was delicious. The owner is friendly and we had great conversation. I definitely would return. Update: I return each week. No other pizza place in Tucson comes close

Best GF pizza I've eaten in a long time. Crust made fresh, not frozen like most GF places. They will make what ever you want, toppings and sauce combination. Highly recommend!

Tasty pizza. Awesome place! Try the Greek pizza. The gf crust is super yummy and doesn't have the usual gf funkiness. Staff is super friendly!

It's a family owned pizza place that offers homemade gluten free crust. My family and I have tried all the gluten free crusts in Tucson and by far this was the best. The owner/chef is very knowledgable about dietary concerns. Ask for Brandon. Don't miss out on this quaint place!
