GF options, however cross-contamination is very very likely.

They have delicious gf pancakes but high risk of cross contamination as they don’t have separate toaster or griddle for gf food.

An Oregon chain with gluten free pancake batter and bread on request.
The very knowledgeable staff made sure I understood that everything is cross contaminated. Grateful she was upfront so I didn't eat there. The food could have been delicious, I just didn't risk it.

I was pleasantly surprised with how tasted the GF-friendly pancakes were. It’s basically the only thing on the menu that’s marked. Staff was knowledgeable and patient.

I eat here quite often when we’re at the Coast and have not had any cross contamination issues. They are very clear on their menu that they are gluten, friendly, but not gluten-free. I always tell them I have to be gluten-free and they market on the order as it goes into the kitchen. They’re gluten-free pancakes are amazing.

Pig n pancake makes it very clear on their menu that they are not a gluten free restaurant and that cross contamination is a possibility so anyone complaining about safety and them not accommodating their safety needs really needs to check their entitlement...
Unless a restaurant advertise as totally gluten free anyone with a gluten intolerance or celiac should know you are putting your health at risk anytime you go into a restuarant that claims "gluten friendly" and not "gluten free." Just saying...
That being said, pig n pancake offers very few gluten free options, pancakes and bread is pretty much all you're gonna get... You can substitute bread in different meals for gluten free but as anyone who eats gluten free bread knows our bread is not very exciting... my usual order is eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce and toast on the side...
If you are worried about cross contamination dont eat here you are more at risk of getting sick then of not, we get to the restuarant when its first opens so there is less chance of cross contamination...

I called to ask if they could wipe down the grill for someone with celiac disease. Put me on hold to speak with them manager, then informed me they could not do that due to “cross contamination.” I said that’s why you clean the grill, and they said they don’t do that. If they can’t take the thirty seconds to wipe the grill, they’re not getting my business.
