Stopped here after checking out the Spam Museum and glad we did. Nothing labeled on the menu as far as gluten free, but server was knowledgeable and said most of the smoked meats are gf and all of the sauces are (except the bourbon). She was aware of cross contact and made sure to order my plate without the bread and told me the fryer is a shared fryer. Receipt was clearly marked gluten allergy, which is always nice to see. Be sure to try the Gold sauce if you like mustard based and Jackass sauce if you like heat and sweet.

I stopped in here on a rainy afternoon figuring I could order a baked potato. All of their smoked meats are gluten free. All of the bbq sauces are gluten free except for the bourbon one (due to the bourbon according to the waitress). When ordering she asked my table mates if they were gluten free as well and asked if they would still like the bread that came with the platter. If so, she would put on a separate plate. The baked beans were phenomenal

Traveled through town and saw this on the app so I decided to call in a lunch order to pick up.

Very friendly service and knowledgeable about GF concerns (cross contamination, shared frier, bread etc). The bbq was fantastic! I had the brisket with baked beans and savored every bite. The sweet/spicy bbq sauce was recommended and it was perfect...so good!! I would (and will) go out of my way to eat here again.

Food was very tasty. We had the pork tacos and pulled chicken and baked potato. Baked beans were the best I ever had. Very knowledgeable staff. We stopped during a road trip down I-35 and well worth the detour.

The only items containing wheat gluten are breaded/battered items, breads, and soups. They do not add gluten to their meats, bbq sauce, or dressing. The stuffed baked potato is a personal favorite!
