Nothing is marked so I asked the employee at the register about their menu. She didn't know what gluten was, she asked a second employee who was 'pretty sure' he knew what items were safe but did not sound confident. They asked a third employee who sounded more knowledgeable but I was too nervous at this point to test it. I would not consider this a safe choice. It smelled delicious but wasn't worth the risk.

Decided not to eat here since they dip non GF buns in the bbq sauce. I’m sure they won’t do that if you asked but watch them make it

Excellent flavor, they normally offer gf bun however, today they were out. The pork was tender and cooked to perfection! Service was stellar. Walk up ordering and a small counter to sit at!! Highly recommend!!

This place is a must if your in Pikes and looking for a celiac safe place to eat. Food was incredible. SO GOOD. Only thing on the menu not GF was the bread and the Mac & Cheese. Staff was caring and knowledgeable and assured us it would be safe. Would absolutely eat here again!

Quick lunch while at Pikes Place. They were incredibly busy (lunch at Pikes - not surprising) but I managed to talk with an employee before ordering. He confirmed all sauces and meats are GF and they had buns on sight. Even busy they changed their gloves and prepped our food in a separate area. Food was good - nothing mind-blowing but certainly good, and happy to have an option right there.

All meats and sauces are gf, and all sides are gf except for the Mac and cheese. Cashier mentioned that the owners son has celiacs and takes the issue seriously, however I had to ask if they would make it on a separate surface to avoid cc. They use Franz gf hamburger buns, which are great! Had the pork and slaw sandwich, but honestly can’t say if I had no reaction.. maybe it was just indigestion. Tastes good though!
Pork and slaw sandwich with GF bun. They make their sauces GF. Great service and quick. Eat at a table you will get messy it’s so good!
Really good bbq. The person taking my order told the chefs multiple times there was a gluten-free allergy. Good food + good service = happy celiac!
Yes
Celiacs beware. I had my GF discussion and everything sounded great until I watched them make the food. The buns are dredged through the common container of sauce when the sandwiches are made. What else is a CC concern?
No
Server told me that the whole menu is GF apart from buns and wraps, very tasty, and they clearly marked my order as GF.
GF bun and sauce. Changed gloves, knife, cutting board.
Surprised when the cashier told me everything wa gluten free, and that they had gluten free bread!
