Stayed at The Eddy hotel this weekend. Got hungry poolside and went in to interview staff about available options. Was told the bread is Udi’s so sandwiches and cheese board were options. I opted for the filet which is seasoned only with salt and pepper and nestled on top of roasted whit potatoes and asparagus all topped with chimichurri sauce. Was blown away at the flavor and dish.
