Review of Pineridge Hollow

I really enjoy this restaurant. Great atmosphere and many different gluten-free options. I have eaten the fish and chips both times though, because it is so good. Hot, battered, crispy and delicious!! I ordered the lemon cake for dessert, wanting to try something new. The last time I had the fruit compote and it was delicious. I took one look at the lemon cake and couldn't even believe it was for real! I decided right away I didn't need to eat the rest of the day so long as I could finish it. Luscious layers of meringue, whipped cream, finished with lemon curd and fresh fruit. Had to get some help, and even then I couldn't finish it. Absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go back again and have the exact same thing!!
