This used to be one of my go to spots but honestly cross-contamination has become a problem, so much so I can’t say it’s safe for Celiacs. The staff is no longer knowledgeable and ordering the same exact food produces items that are completely different. Lots of use of gluten soy sauce in gluten free advertised items. Look at the dates of these reviews before choosing. Rio Salado is across the street and 100% safe.

Very knowledgeable and made all my sushi gluten free plus they had gluten free soy sauce! My pad Thai was the best I have ever had , gluten free and I didn’t get sick!

I would love going here. Last time we went it was a new manager and staff. Explained to them about mine and my daughters gluten allergy. I even ordered my usual sushi rolls and we both had a severe reaction. Food wasn't as good as it usually is. Very disappointed. Unlikely to go back.

They had there own menu with around 6-10 rolls which was plenty enough. The rolls were good, would go again.

Was assured that most of the menu could be made gluten free. Waited 10 min. For a server and he was not knowledgeable and basically said that there were like 3 things I could eat.

My husband and I have been going to Pink Basil for years. We eat there at least once a month haha. After I was diagnosed with Celiac I thought I would never eat sushi again or curries or any other delicious noodle dish but they have are just the absolute best. I am very sensitive to cross contamination and I have never gotten glutened and they are very accommodating and helpful.

The server restated gluten free when I ordered and when my food arrived, but there must have been cross-contamination in my noodle dish or something, because this celiac is now very uncomfortable with brain fog, gas and joint pain. Food wasn’t very flavorful. Servers were nice.

Sadly today was not the day to eat at this restaurant! Walked in tables were available but the hostess set us by the bar. We decided to order a few sushi roll with the idea of ordering stir fry for main course after 15 minutes of total confusion and constant apologies from wait staff constantly saying that kitchen was backed up we decided to order 2 more sushi rolls! Everything was delicious but a big disappointment that we were not able to taste their stir fry! Not sure if we will be back, if we do it will not be on a weekend! Owners of restaurant please fix your staff!! The whole place was a disaster, spoken from a chef point of view! 😎

Great gluten free menu, very nice selection of sushi rolls.
I ordered from the gf sushi menu and that alone was awesome along with getting gf soy sauce without even asking.

The chicken lettuce wrap app is the cat's pajamas!!
They have a gluten free sushi roll menu and some good gluten free options on the main menu if you ask about them, they also have gluten free soy sauce so you don't need to miss out on taste!

Staff had some trouble identifying the GF dishes on the menu and eventually dug out an old GF menu that had a live earwig on it. (??!!) Their GF sushi menu was more straightforward. I was definitely exposed to some gluten, perhaps in the shrimp crisps, which were probably contaminated in the fryer but who's I was told were GF.

Very yummy Thai noodle dishes. Waitress was knowledgable about which dishes could and could not be prepared gluten-free. Kid friendly too!
Asian food half of the menu can be made gluten free and they also have a dedicated gluten free menu
