I got sick immediately as I left the restaurant. Was promised everything was handled with care. I also have a garlic allergy and they server wasn't sure what I could eat. Got a plain rice bowl with beans. I was miserable for two days after eating there.

I got fundido, and tacos and it was delish! The waitress said I couldn’t have the chips, which is to be expected, but all their tacos are on corn tortillas, and I was so excited to eat an appetizer! I never can eat appetizers!

Food was delicious! I highly recommend this place. The fundido was delicious, as well as the nachos. Went there twice in 24 hours. Very celiac friendly.

First the positive: Food was excellent. I ordered the taco plate, vegetarian style with cauliflower and peppers. So good! We had a mixup with waitstaff; 2 of the waitstaff were very friendly... For the negative: when we were seated, a waiter came to our table, walked away as I was talking to him, came back, asked my order, then literally walked away AS I WAS IN MID SENTENCE and started taking the order at another table! We all looked at each other in shock. He did it twice. When my daughter asked to speak to the manager, she was directed to the very person that walked away from our table. She talked to him...he never apologized, simply said he was unfamiliar with the menu and walked away. It was very, very disappointing. Our wait time was really long with only one refill after we asked. There is no dedicated GF deep fryer.

What a cute place. The staff was very friendly and checked which items were gluten free. Turns out almost everything can be made gluten free. We had the queso fundido and nachos to share as appetizers. They were great. The chips were big and crispy and didn’t get soggy from the toppings. The queso fundido had such a great taste with a bit of agave, great flavor. For happy hour 3-6pm we ordered a few tacos. The chicken was my favorite but the carne asada and caritas were also tasty. Overall I was very pleased with our meal and margaritas! The margaritas were sour and not to sweet which I love! Slower paced dining which was nice for a relaxing afternoon lunch.

Pink Cactus was amazing and was very helpful when we asked about gluten free options! On their current menu, nothing with gluten is made from scratch in the kitchen. The only gluten is in their sandwich bread which they get from a local bakery. We told them about our worries of cross contamination and they assured us they could prepare our food safely. The food was absolutely delicious.
