The waitress made me feel very comfortable when we sat down. She knew about cross contamination and what would not be gluten free. However, two hours after dining there I began vomiting profusely as many celiacs do until all of the gluten left my body. Clearly something happened here and it was very disappointing as I had been mislead in to feeling safe.
