Delicious!!!!! Everything was GF except for bread and Mac & cheese

This place is absolutely amazing. All sides but the mac and cheese/bread is gluten free. All the meats I asked about were gluten free and they were very willing to change gloves at every station. At the meats, they changed their gloves, cleaned the scale, got a cutting board from the back, and grabbed a new piece of meat. I would skip the pickles/onions/jalapeños since they use their hands and she touched the bread and then the bin but they might grab you some from the back if you ask. Unfortunately the bbq sauce was said to be gross contaminated but I’d double check since I’m not sure she fully understood my question.

Came for dinner and got brisket, sausage, potato salad, and beans. Tasted AMAZING!!! Staff was knowledgeable and double checked about gluten. Only non-GF item is mac+cheese and bread. Could be some issues w cross-contamination via gloves during busy times. I had no issues.

Last night in San Antonio and we went here. We have been on a tour of Texas been to Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and now in Houston this has been the best bbq we have had

I had beef rib and jalapeño and cheese sausage with Mac and cheese (not GF)

Liz had chicken thighs and pork ribs

She isn’t a fan of the que but said she liked it here

Servers changed gloves when we said about coeliac

They do not have a GF menu but told me all the meats are gluten free and all the sides except Mac & cheese. I told the lady it needed to be gluten free with no bread, she changed her gloves and proceeded to get my sides. When I got to the stage of picking the meat I saw someone had put a slice of bread on the tray. I pointed it out and they immediately remade the entire platter. Good food and service, just a bit risky environment.
