I didn’t go, but did call and the manager said that the staff is trained for celiac disease/gluten, but then said that I should avoid the barbecue because while the sauce is gluten free multiple people have called to say they had a reaction to it. The lack of searching for the cause/saying they can handle celiac safely while not knowing how they are glutening people with a dish is a red flag to me.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
No GF menu, but staff was knowledgeable and careful. They made sure the chefs were aware and cleaned the grill area.
