I went here recently for a company event. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable, and if given advance notice, are willing to take precautions such as preparing food separately, cleaning workstations, and changing gloves. However, they do make pizza and bread in house, so there's definitely still risk of cross-contimination from flour regardless. And at my event, I did not feel comfortable eating any of the side dishes laid on the buffet table, bread was on the same platters as other food... I'd say if you're celiac or especially sensitive to gluten to maybe go elsewhere, there's lots of other celiac-friendly spots in Austin. But if you are just generally gluten intolerant, they can accommodate you.

Quinoa salad no protein was safe for me this trip. Went right before the lunch hour started so that probably helped. I confirmed the salad was gf and the waiter reminded me to put ALLERGY on my order notes (order via QR code at table). Quinoa salad looks like the only gf option here. Not sure if any of the beers are gf bc I was here for a work lunch.
