When we were there (Aug 2013) our celiac daughter asked what the gluten free options were and the waitress couldn't give a direct answer so we tried to make it easier and ask if the mashed potatoes were made without any additives and the waitress asked the chef and he was unsure so they gave us the bag of INSTANT potatoes to read the ingredients for ourselves. Not impressed. For the price we paid for a meal I would have thought they would have had better options other than some zucchini and instant potatoes. Hopefully things have changed, we wouldn't know as we have not been back.

The chef and owner will sit down with you before a meal and guarantee a GF kitchen space. They are EXTREMELY accommodating, knowledgeable of the dangers of gluten consumption, and constantly researching products. If you call in enough advance, they can even make you their special GF! I've never felt so understood in a restaurant. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this restaurant is!
