Pirouette Café & Wine Shop

They are a new restaurant with a wine shop attached. The menu is not very large, and changes frequently, so check the options before you go. We ere able to pick from their listed gluten free selection. I can’t speak to CC, so you’ll want to inquire about that. We had a lovely night and everything was excellent, they have a large and inviting outdoor patio. They have free tastings on the weekends and other cool events, like a vegetarian party one time for example.
