This was my first time visiting, so I was a little nervous since I have Celiac. I safely ate the chips and salsa they brought out as an appetizer after confirming they were corn. I had a carne de rez gordita, and had no reaction. The flour is made with corn and is safe for those with Celiac. My partner had the Honduran tacos and the server told us those were made with corn tortillas also and were safe.
