Celiac Friendly - just be clear about no cross contamination with your server. The ceviche is amazing, and so are the drinks. There's also a chocolate bomb dessert that is with sweet potato and celiac safe! It's delicious.

The server was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten free items and the kitchen had great procedures. Many items are GF as Peruvian food lends itself well to GF.
