Went here for lunch and it was amazing. Lots of things on the menu can be made gf, just wish it was labeled. No gf fryer though. I had the pastrami sandwich and substituted a side salad. So good!!

Great food and staff was very cautious regarding Celiac. Offered every option to substitute gluten and avoid the fryer.

No items marked on the menu. We only had dessert, but it was unbelievable. We had the Baked Wyoming S’Mores which were completely GF! Service was extremely friendly and views were incredible. Would definitely go back!

Not very many offerings. They don’t have any gf entrees, just a few salads and appetizers. If you’re looking for safe places to eat on the mountain, try Rendezvous Lodge- prices are comparable (it’s all expensive here) but they have stations with noodle bowls (kind of like pho), salad, burgers w/ gf buns, and baked potatoes. Several other stations are there, and staff are happy to help and answer questions. We had a noodle bowl at rendezvous and it was really good, u can get there from marmot and the gondola.
In terms of on-mountain dining, Corbet’s doesn’t have anything, the off-piste market carries granola bars and such, Casper’s restaurant has a few small stations but not 100% sure if the chili is gf- Rendezvous Lodge was definitely the best.
