I got the Cobb Salad which came out last from all the otherpre complex orders, free from gluten conflicts. It was also quite large.

Delicious gluten free pizza! Actually a normal size pizza compared to some other places that charge extra and give you a tiny pie.

Pitch is a nice restaurant in Scottsdale. They have all of their GF items labeled on their menu online. Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. I ordered a pizza, they cleaned the oven prior to putting mine in, and put my GF pizza on a pan to cook inside of the clean oven. Great experience and did not get glutened.
