Was excited to try a new pizza joint, they were confident about preparing my food despite my soy and gluten sensitivities. I tried the pierogi pizza and it was amazing! I should mention that I do eat small amounts of dairy, but I swapped mozzarella/provolone in place of cheddar cheese. Even the leftovers were incredible!

Do not eat here if you are Celiac. The toppings are put on with the gluten free crust sitting on the same surface as regular dough. The gluten free pizza is then placed in the oven on the same rotating surface as all of the non-gluten free pizza with no pan --- it is a shared surface. The pizzas are pulled out of the oven with the same spatula, doesn't matter if crust is gluten free or not. The kitchen also cuts all the pizza with the same pizza cutter; it doesn't matter if the crust is gluten free. Cross contamination is a serious concern here. I got glutened pretty bad. Pizza is good, but absolutely not worth getting sick over.

Cauliflower crust pizza was amazing! They had a few salads and apps also marked gluten free, and we had the chips with housemade dip. Wait staff was very helpful. Probably the best pizza I've ever had. Highly recommend!
