The menu does not indicate which toppings are gluten-free. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because when I asked which toppings were gf, the employee told me that they all were, and I pointed out that they have pasta, so that wasn't true. Other than that, they did change their gloves, but they did not use "fresh" toppings - my pizza went down the same line and they used the same toppings as the regular pizzas. Gluten-free pizzas *are* made on their own tray and cooked on a different side of the oven, though. I am not super sensitive, and I did not have a reaction. It was definitely delicious!

I am from North Dakota, visiting family in Louisiana. The last time I was down here was 3 years ago, and even since then, there a quite a few more gf options! #GFFFM #GFTCM

We love Pizza Artista! My son has Celiac, and this is a good choice for us. They have a gluten free crust that they cook in a foil dish, so it avoids cross contamination. The staff is always willing to change gloves, and they mark our order as allergy.

I’ve eaten there many times and never gotten sick. They ask if it’s an allergy when you order GF. You can watch them make it to make sure they’re following cross contamination prevention measures.

Staff was extremely cautious of my disease. Went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross-contamination. I have Celiacs. Went ventilated. No issues.

Good pizza and they take all necessary precautions!!! Dairy free cheese too :)

Delicious pizza! Cooked in the same open oven as other pizzas, but on a separate metal pan. Staff seems well trained. They even have vegan cheese for those with dairy allergies.
