Prior to my Celiac diagnosis, I loved going here. The GF pizza crust is nothing to get excited about. I’ve had far better at restaurants with much better GF protocols. Getting pizza, the first thing that I asked the server was if there was a separate station for prepping them. Nope. They’re all made on the same line from the same prep station. While I didn’t get terribly sick, my system is off today, so I can’t help but attribute it to a possible cross contact situation. I can’t recommend this place to anyone who is super sensitive and/or extra diligent about their gluten avoidance.
