Review of Pizza Cassette

Gluten Free dough is tossed in regular flour. I was really excited to try this place because I've heard great things from fellow pizza lovers. I took one quick look in their kitchen and yep, flour literally everywhere. I asked if it was possible to have a GF pizza not tossed in regular flour, I was just told no.
