Edit 5/25/22*** This place is the best in Hartselle! I ordered the buffalo chicken Pizza it came out with fried chicken. When I brought it to their attention, they wonderfully made a new pizza with grilled chicken!! I love this restaurant!! One of the best GF pizzas I’ve ever had!!! Definitely a safe place. I always take my gluten assist so I don’t have problems if an occasional crumb of gluten crosses over 😉

Wow!! Simply delicious! I’ve gotten take out at least 4x. Tasty. I’ve had the the several cheese, veggie lover, pepperoni, and other toppings pizza. Their salad with the greek dressing is fabulous. Great taste!

The cauliflower crust is amazing!! The best pizza around and now that im GF I can still eat there! Im not worried about cross contamination so I cannot speak on that, but for just general GF, I highly recommend!

Celiac

The customer service wasn’t great… when I informed the woman over the phone that I had celiac and was just checking to make sure my gluten free pizza wouldn’t be cross contaminated she didn’t understand what I was saying, this is understandable!! So I explained and she pushed it aside said okay and wanted to get off the phone quickly. NOT A BIG DEAL! But I don’t believe this place is CELIAC safe. Yes the pizza was gluten free but it was definitely cross contaminated because I got “glutened”. Granted I’m new to the world of celiac disease. But I wanted to share because no one deserves to get sick like that.

She was very knowledgeable about cross contamination They do not have dedicated fryers, so when our non GF family members ordered fries, she cautioned there were not safe for the GF people.

Great gluten free pizzas.

They offer a gluten free pizza crust on the menu. I asked to speak to the owner and explained that I am a celiac and can’t have any cross contamination with wheat etc. he said to explain everything to the waitress and he made sure the manager in the kitchen knew. I asked if I could have their pepperoni and he brought the box out for me to look at the ingredients. The owner told me they baked my pizza in a separate oven and I also asked them to get my ingredients out of a fresh bag etc. pizza was delicious!!! I had GF crust with pepperoni and pineapple. No issues. The owner said soon he hope to serve GF pasta. Just make sure you explain in detail what they need to do.
