Very knowledgeable and made all the appropriate accommodations - fresh gloves, separate pan, clean plastic cutter. My son is a very sensitive celiac and had no issues. All very fresh ingredients! Only complaint was the pricing! Very expensive for even a non gf pizza. We didn’t get sick on vacation, so that’s priceless!

Pizza tasted good, crust was served a little on the burnt side.

Knew what they were doing, made my GF pizza in a separate area and served with my own cutter. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

As the mom to a Celiac kid, Pizza places are usually a no for me. I just can't comprehend how they could possibly be safe with flour being used to make regular pizza crust. This place does make a effort and the GF crust was tasty ( I'm not Celiac, my daughter is and we shared). They did cook it on a clean pan and prepped it on the opposite side of the counter and cut it with a new plastic cutter.

They were so helpful and knowledgeable! Ensured me that pizza was noted with an allergy, cooked separately and we got a special disposable cutter. Really sweet and helpful, so much appreciated.

I came here after a long flight and it was so good! Just assure them you have an “allergy” and they will cut your pizza with a separate cutter and cook on a clean pan!

I called ahead to ask if they prepare their GF pizza separately/carefully. She assured me yes, they take precautions seriously and treat it like an allergy. We decided to try it after a long day of travel, eating snacks all day to get by. The GF pizza was great! They assured me they used a separate area, pan and cutter. It was visibly different than their gluten pizza. It’s the next morning, and my sensitive celiac child had no symptoms. We may stop here again in a few days when we’re traveling back through Williams.

On vacation and limited to options and first vacation post diagnosis. Staff didn’t understand Celiac, but did understand severe allergies. We explained Celiac like a severe gluten allergy. Staff was very kind and asked a lot of questions to understand Celiac Disease better. Told us what ingredients were gluten free, wiped down food prep station, changed gloves, used fresh sauce. Shared pizza oven but on clean pizza pans. Gluten free crust was the best we have had in a very long time. None of us got sick and my kids asked when we could go back.
Yes
I am not celiac, but seriously gluten intolerant. I had the delicious cauliflower crust - one of the best I've ever had- and no reactions. Sooo good!! Prices are so reasonable too, tho the cauliflower crust only comes in size small and the GF crust only comes in size medium.

Toppings are spread all the way to edge of the pizza pies. Covering the crust is a great idea as it helps clothe the GF crust. Yes, stomachs gurgled and brains fizzed, lips smacked, and eyes rolled back in pleasure. We ordered a pepperoni and a greek. The former was delicious, the latter was fairly authentic. They do a good job here.

My gluten free pizza was so good. 😋 It’s a thin crust pizza with some crutch, just how I love it!

I called and told them I have celiac and I can’t eat gluten. When we got the pizza I tested it with the Nima sensor and it came back with a negative result :) I did not get sick after eating here.
