Pizza Factory

This place is very unassuming - looks like a typical small pizza shop and based on the website I wouldn’t think I could eat here. They actually have the best GF pizza crust I’ve been had (not listed as an option on website)AND they ALSO offer a GF cauliflower pizza crust that is equally delicious (also not on website). The GF crust reminds me of a cheese bread I make with a nice chew and cheese flavor, and the cauliflower crust is smaller and has a great flavor with a little more crispness and not much of a defined crust around the outside. My non GF husband has happily eaten both kinds and urged me to write this review. I have never gotten sick and am gluten sensitive. I usually order the margarita pizza -they have fresh toppings and will check if toppings have gluten.
