They have a gluten free pizza (pepperoni only), that is prepared cautiously and away from all other foods. The pizza crust and toppings are stored separately, and it is baked completely covered to ensure nothing falls onto the pizza while cooking. Once out of the oven, it is cut with a clean cutter and placed directly into a box. This was all told to me by a manager. It's been a few hours since I've eaten and I feel fine. No reactions yet. The pizza was decent, although the crust was a little hard. They only have one size (small) and it's pretty pricy for a pizza chain at $11. Can at least say this seems to be a location I can trust to take my Celiac seriously and prepare my pizza without contaminating it.
