Don’t eat here, their gluten sensitive item, is only “made without gluten containing ingredients” it is absolutely impossible to even accidentally get a gf pizza because they toss flour on gf crusts, use all the same surfaces, utensils, paddles, ovens, don’t change their gloves, and have no training or possibility to provide allergen sensitive food options whatsoever.

Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.
And then the pizza itself was yummy!
