If you have ever had an Udi's frozen pizza, then you should know what to expect, because that's what you're ordering... the difference is you can have it delivered and add additional toppings to it. It's nice that it's certified GF and that they tell you what ingredients are GF, but do warn you that those ingredients (other than pepperoni) are stored in a shared prep area. I figured the veggies were probably safe since they tend to be together on one side of the prep area and cross contamination is minimal, so I loaded up on them... and did not get sick as a Celiac, but the meats are probably still okay unless you are super sensitive like me, then it might be a risk. I only gave 4/5 because while Udi's makes one of the better GF frozen pizzas, Pizza Hut makes no attempt to differentiate it from Udi's frozen offering, even putting it in a special Udi's box that looks a lot like the box the regular frozen pizza comes in...

Very good, they toke a lot of caution while preparing it was nice to see they had a special area for gf pizza cutters and all other utensils

Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.

And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.
