The process looked good- until the pizza cutting lady placed the flattened box on top of a huge pile of gluten crumbs. Then she continued to spin the box as she cut the pizza scattering crumbs. As I explained the issue to the manager the cutting lady placed the gf cutter down on to the crumbs to listen. Despite my words the pizza was cut with the contaminated cutter. The workers were polite and listened yet not sure a real change will occur. Eat at your own risk! We won't be.

They use the standard Udi's crust. But it is Pizza Hut pizza. The cheese and pepperoni and sauce all are in a dedicated area for gluten free. If you want to risk cross contamination order the other toppings. I decided to pass on that...
Yes
Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.
And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.
