while they don't have a dedicated kitchen they still take proper steps to ensure that there is the least amount of cross contamination as possible. Staff was trained well in handling of food and always use gloves and dedicated utensils when making a gluten free pizza. For my busy family this is an amazing option for a quick dinner when we've had a long day.
